Against A&M's defense:
Fournette
Full game - 159 yards
Henry
1st Quarter - 153 yards
I expect Henry to light it up in the pros as well.

Oh another thread about this... Let's hear the same arguements

With this stipulated, I wonder where all the condemnation is for Saban overworking Henry like there was for Miles after he dared let Fournette run it for 30 times in a game.
Saban runs another horse to death as per the process.

I think Henry is just surrounded by a better offensive unit, stragedu and play calling. LF is a badass.

Lol fricking stat gazers. He may have a better collegiate career but Fournette is going to have the better pro career.

The complaining came from the Fournette camp. Seems like the Henry family is more focused on what Derrick can do to help the team win.

Henry is tough and has straight line speed. I think he runs too high and has slow feet, but if he gets in a system that thrives on a one cut type back in a zone scheme like the Texans, he will do well. It will come down to scheme, but somebody will give him a chance to be a workhorse....rightfully so.

Both will be good pro prospects but at this point the main difference I see between them is vision and elusiveness. Fournette runs more like a fullback just plowing into whatever is ahead of him. Henry keeps his head up and looks for opportunities to break to the outside and stiff-arms any pursuing players when he makes a cut away from them. In short, Fournette needs a good RB coach.

It was all over this board and in the media. You can't hide what's already been seen.
Henry needed 2.5 games worth of carries to get 270 yards and a TD against Auburn. Fournette got 40 less yards and 2 extra TDs in less than one game worth of carries.

How so? The Fournette family wants to protect its investment. It's understandable from their side.

I like what I saw from Guice the other night also. Dude runs hard.

We're discussing the performance against A&M in this thread.

They're both studs. One has a better supporting cast than the other. Nothing more...nothing less.

Henry is truly outstanding. But those of you who maintain that because Henry may be better means Fournette is overrated are stupid.
