SoG melting because Tua blew it.

Brah I was nearly weeping when Jalen ran over and blew kisses at me up in the 300 section.

Tua can win his Heisman next year. Let Kyler prance around the circuit for 2 weeks, maybe drop a few disrespectful one liners that Saban can plaster on some poster-board.

I hope Kyler brings the trophy to the sidelines for the games. That's probably as close as Tua will ever get to it.

To be fair UGA defense made Baker look like a legit heisman winner so I don’t buy the no defense crap. Murray would have the stats in the Sec also.

If they base it on his injury . . .

I'm pretty sure the front row of the ceremony is closer to the trophy than the other teams sideline during a game. Duh Farmer.

Murray is a deserving winner.

Baker Mayfield's 5 Worst Games of 2017
1. Georgia (147.74 passer rating)
2. Texas Tech (167.08 passer rating)
3. Iowa State (170.62 passer rating)
4. Kansas (171.63 passer rating)
5. Kansas State (173.27 passer rating)

Georgia was by far the worst passing game he had last season. But sure.

Oh how cute. You think he's still going to get invited to NYC.

Dude I'm just glad people got their All-SEC ballots in before the game in Atlanta. He'd probably be battling Burrow for 7th team.

Level of competition should play a major role. Yeah Murray puts up huge numbers but he plays against high school level defenses. I think Tua still pulls it out with his performances all year minus one bad game.

While I agree with you, it's almost a shame since Murray plays in a conference where defense is optional.

I want Auburn moved to this magical place. It's exactly what Gus needs.

That's a battle he'd lose too. Burrow is a grown man compared to soft Tua.

Plus that tFear meme. Tua doesn't have anything that cool on his side.

Frick, at least we have Mac Jones.

If Tua and Murray have similar numbers, I wonder what kind of numbers they would have had if they switched leagues.

The Big12 doesn't have a defensive player that would start in the SEC.

We already know how Murray looked against the SEC, why do you think he cried and left for the Big12.

Murray winning will just motivate the Bama D.
Tua winning, couldn't motivate the OU D.

Tua played some atrocious pass defenses and put up huge numbers. Not just bad, atrocious. So, I'm not sure this argument weighs as heavily as it might have in some past years.

QB Rating Against
70. Missouri
72. Arkansas State
97. Tennessee
108. Ole Miss
112. Texas A&M
113. ULL
114. Arkansas
121. Louisville
130+. The Citadel

6 pass defenses outside the top 100, 9 outside the top 70

Now, he also played #1, #9 and #27. But his numbers in those 3 games were pretty meh.

49/88 (56%)
623 yards (7.08 YPA)
4 TD/4 INT

He still led the team to 48 points. Some of the lesser schools held him and that offense to less. Passer rating isn't the whole story.

38 in regulation, 31 of which were in the 1st half (3 were in OT and 7 were a fumble return for a TD)

Oklahoma's 8 second half regulation drives were 6 punts, 1 TD, 1 interception
