The NCAA is still investigating. LSU is not required to make public a NOI until they have a response. So they could sit on it for months.
It'll probably be around the start of football season when they announce to the public the investigation.

Actually, the NCAA is still investigating. It is completely separate from the FBI probe due to the severity of what the NCAA believes took place in Baton Rouge. It's also why LSU reworked Wade's contract
