St. Louis and Houston TV markets... so yeah, they've brought enough.

One school brought an under performing budget of epic proportions while the other brought hippies who protest fake things like the marginalization of minority groups.

We got the best schools possible outside of some NC/VA schools. And Texas and Missouri markets are better than any NC markets I'd imagine. VA schools could get the DC market but it would have been dumb to have a VA school and no NC school. We should at least maintain our geographic continuity. And some of those VA schools wouldn't come alone I'm sure, same with the NC schools. We got the best possible. I'm glad they're both in the conference.

Finally, someone who gets it. The SEC didn't choose Mizzou and A&M, ESPN did. And it wasn't for Mizzous rich football history, it was for St. Louis and KC demographics. Imagine how small the SEC network check would be if it was based on Arkansas demographics. Be about "three fitty."

Mizzou plus A&M added 50% more to the population footprint of the SEC the day they were added.

That translates to 50% more TV value.

T-ravs aren’t your thing, but IMO’s are. You have poor taste in food and I say that as a STL transplant.

...and I would not have known about that place if Mizzou hadn't joined the conference. So, thank you for that pleasure, indeed.

Idk but they aren't winning shite, just like we thought would be the case. They're a step above the Mississippi schools and south Carolina, but other than that, they are simply average programs. Other than the money than Texas am has, Missouri and Texas am are very comparable from a success standpoint. They both suck donkey dick.

"It always starts at the top."

Being in the best conference requires having the best leadership. We're paying heavily for Mizzou not having a series of SEC-level upper administrators above the head coaching level.

Maybe we have finally turned the corner??? To be determined.
