Auburn. 8 losses in a row

After doing a quick search the first 3 schools I searched in a database had all lost to Vanderbilt 3 times in a row. Vanderbilt had a good football program the 1st half of its existence.

They owned Tennessee at one point.
Seems like Vanderbilt is merely restoring order now.

Surprisingly, most SEC teams at one point have lost to Vandy 3 times in a row.

Thanks for the research. What was the most recent school to give up the trifecta?

OP epic thread fail. Might want to do some research before trolling.

Little known factoid - up until 1955 (when Vandy still held the most gridiron victories of all SEC schools) AU actually played the 'Dores more than UGa did (23 to 14). But starting in 1956, UGa started an annual series with Vandy, while AU and Tennessee started playing every year, right up until the first expansion in '92. As a result, UGa and UT hooked up only 8 times in that 36 year span, while AU and Vandy met on only 7 occasions (all AU victories).
Makes you wonder how things would have gone for AU and UGa had those two arrangements gone the other way.

Lord, have mercy! Our history begins with us going 0-16-1 in the first 17. Yikes!

Oh yeah, that reminds me.
2016 45–34 Vandy
2017 42–24 Vandy
2018 38–13 Vandy
I’m seeing a pattern.

Yes, the day that Tennessee hired Robert Neyland to be their head coach, the only demand of him that they made was, "beat Vanderbilt". Vanderbilt was 17-2-2 against UTjr. when Neyland took the job.....

You know you're having a shitty year anytime you lose to Vandy. Damn 3 in a row tho?

Considering we've only lost to Vandy four times ever, I'm going to say no
