Has Notre Dame complained about having to play Bama in the BCSNCG?

I haven't been lurking any ND sites and I wonder if their fans have talked about how they wish the Irish were playing someone else for the championship game.

Seems like last season was the only time one of the participants fans complained a lot about who they were playing.

I lurked Irishenvy the last couple of weeks during regular season. Almost all of them wanted to play Bama, although they agreed it was the tougher matchup.

You can't be this ignorant. We beat Bama at Bama and our reward was to Go to Georgia, beat Georgia for the right to play Bama. Yeah.

Smart LSU fans had an idea of the eventual outcome and hoped like hell to play Ok State.

No. You should study the history of ND. Ever since Knute Rockne, ND has wanted and willing to play the best. We think playing the best teams in the country make us better. We played Army and Michigan 80 years ago because they were the best. We put USC on the map and kept playing them as they got better. We've played regular season games agains Texas, Texas A&M, Penn St. Florida, Miami, Tenn, LSU and on and on.
ND will play anyone, anywhere, anytime.
ND relishes the challenge in playing Alabama.
If you're looking for a school that wants to go 12-0 playing a bunch of paties, look elsewhere.

Bama has been lucky and good the past couple of years. LSU has only been good.
LSU did get lucky by getting in the BCS C.G. against Ohio St. with two losses, and Bama got lucky last year by getting in the BCS C.G. against LSU without winning the SEC Championship.
We all got lucky when the rest of the conferences got sick of seeing the SEC playing itself for its 6th straight BCS Championship.
Now we have a playoff system thanks to the LSU vs Bama BCS C.G.! When you look at it that way, we all got lucky!
