Bama plays FSU and Wisconsin

SC plays Virginia Tech and Clemson.

Good games for fans, coaches not so much.

Maybe the rest of the SEC should sack up and also play 2 power OOC?

I hope Alabama schedules UNA, Samford, Stillman, and East Mississippi Community College as their permanent out of conference opponents.

yall play Miami and fsu and that’s it. Considering fsus state of despair right now y’all’s only real ooc opponent is Miami. Same with bam, there only ooc opponent is badgers. LSU plays clempson ooc and that’s it

Then there's no reason for UF/UGA/SCar to keep playing 2 power OOC annually while the rest of the SEC is scared.

Do Florida's ooc schedule the last 24 years. Not just the last 5 minutes.

I know that we've played more P4/P5/AQ OOC over that period than LSU has.

SC has always had tough schedules ... you can look back 50 years when we became an independent and the independents basically had our own league.

Notre Dame, FSU, SC, WVA, Va Tech, Louisville, Ga Tech, Miami, Penn St, etc., etc., etc.

Then SC would throw in a SoCal or Nebraska plus we would play UGA almost every year. We'd always play Clemson. We'd usually throw in a UNC or NC State (under Holtz) or a Duke (under Spurrier).

I seriously cannot remember the last time SC had an easy schedule.

Yep, kudos to SCar for usually playing 2 power OOC annually.

If Bama cancels a non-conference game, it won't be Mercer.

... and when we didn't schedule 2 power conf OoC games, we'd still have the sheep humping sister banging taterheads on the schedule and a UCF with a culpepper at QB or even more recently they were undefeated and Top 10 and we actually played (and beat) them in Orlando. Or we'd take on a Marshall with Randy Moss, et al.

We've always scheduled tough. Always. Never failed. It's tradition at SC.

This graphic is made up by the OP and it’s fake, unless either USC or UCLA don’t qualify as P4 this season.

The Truth looks over in slight bewilderment. The Truth recognizes Florida for being brave like his Bulldogs. The Truth slams the idea of Bama talking about OOC strength.

Alabama won their non-conference games. It was our conference games we could not win against Vandy and OU that kept us out of the playoffs. The non-conference games kept us in it hunt and why we had 9 wins.

South Carolina and Bama always seem to play good OOC teams.
