any idea who?

We really have no idea. If he was an older man I'm sure there would have been succession plans but not sure if there were in this case.

Yeah, kind of impossible to replace.

They will likely keep the crew as is. I expect Andy Burchem to take over main duties

He would do a great job

You dont replace people like Bramblett, Fyfe , etc. You find new personalities that can start their own legacy. So many teams have lost these guys and the thought is always the same. Nobody can fill their shoes.

But they usually bring someone in that does a great job like Rod did for Fyfe.

Same for UGA with Munson.

This is a good question. They haven't had any leaks about any of it. I imagine some of the reason they've kept it quiet is out of respect for Rod and his family.

I hope they can find the perfect fit like they did when Rod took over for Jim Fyffe (even though I'm a Bama fan, Fyffe has always been my favorite)

Some friends and I had conversation a couple of weeks ago about Larry Munson and how great it would’ve been to have heard him call the last two years and the gold he would have gave us.

That said, Scott Howard took over after Larry and did the impossible. He’s done a great job and given us dawg fans some great calls.

I’m sure Auburn will find their guy, and hope it’s sooner than later.

He's usually one of the more reasonable inbreds...late effects 44-16 would be my guess.

I feel like they already have a plan they just don't want a bunch of second guessing and "I'd rather see" going on with a situation that still hurts.

He didn't need a timeout. Being called out was sufficient imo.

Jim Ross is available. And If Auburn ever wins the WWE Heavyweight title you are going to regret that he wasn't there to call it.

Interesting coming from a fan whose teams most prolific coach was a drunk.

Bryant had a habit of winning championships. Dye won a few SEC champs, got caught cheating, was forced out and had a field named after him.

He probably caught a few DUIs right after commentating games.
