Did he lure this 14 year old child into the locker room by promising her a puppy or candy?

A freshman gave a senior star football player a blow job. Easy on the sexual predator status

The law determines predator status, not your class standing in high school. A 14 year old is a minor in either circumstance.

How about Saban makes a deal with the DA and promise to
let Fournette get 50 yards this year in exchange for having charges dropped.

Im still freakin amazed by so many on this board who think that their school is laying down the disciplinary hammer when they actually kick out a player who failed TEN drug test!

Lord,I don't think any school in the conference comes close to the disciplinary procedures of UGA and so many on this board are completely clueless when it comes to the rules we've been dealing with the last 15 years.

Nobody knows any of the disciplinary procedures because nobody knows for sure how many team's drug tests are actually performed or done correctly when they are done.

As is every other class in high school. If you think only seniors are having sex you're delusional.

Pinkel kicked his best player off the team with no charges even being filed against him.

The moral outrage on this board is hilarious with the issue.

An 18 year old senior having sex with a 14-16 year old means he should be a sex offender for the rest of his life. However, a 17 year old senior, who could have been born within a month of the 18 year old, doing the same is just high school kids being high school kids.

Before any of you try to argue, I'd bet 90% of the posters here lost their virginity before they turned 18. Unless you want to tell me you deserve to be labeled a predator don't come to me with that weak shite.

When you have a kid that is in high school, you realize how dicey this shite is (if u don't have your head in the sand). And most of the kids aren't sure of the rules.

How many chances did Perilioux (sp) get before getting the boot?

Only time he got arrested was for a fake ID. Miles booted his starting QB knowing it would destroy the team for at least a year.

Putting 14 and 18 year olds in a setting where they're going to socially interact inside, and outside, of controlled conditions and then getting outraged when they do just that is like giving a kid a loaded gun, with the safety off, and then getting outraged when they pull the trigger.
