Every place damn near, seems to do it. As long as the university's are willing to put the money in the kitty, who cares, let them enjoy it.

Why are sec fanbases such huge gatekeepers on storming fields after games

We never stormed the field when I was in college. I don't get this generation. But let them have their fun. At least they stayed this game.

Do it when you beat a top five team.

Doing it when defeating a team who is in the bottom half of the SEC this morning is a bad look.

Just Bama fans

Although they’ll probably storm the field more often in the next few years judging by the program’s current trajectory

Tik Tok generation has to see and be seen. Gotta run on the field to get their “content”

I’m too old to really resonate with it but it looks like they’re enjoying life. College is about making memories so I won’t shite on them for this.

Well the first two were against undefeated OM teams both top 7.

If you can find me another team that has played two undefeated Ole miss teams in October at home that were ranked in the top 7 I’ll be happy to listen.

The 3rd I’d much rather be known this season for rushing the field vs ole miss than losing to vandy

Fans are celebrating after a close night game in OT beating a higher-ranked team?

This isn’t as big of a “gotcha” as you think it is.

Don't feel bad that Ole Miss is a better program than Bama currently.

You idiot you are really not a college football fan and just screams it in your post. If you can’t understand that those kids were caught up in the moment after watching a long arse game, one that most of us didn’t think LSU was going to win and after we did, they stormed the field, you are a fricking idiot if you can understand that.

Isn’t it a beautiful thing?

Maybe the polls should stop calling you guys a top 10 team

I never thought I’d see the day when LSU stormed the field after beating a 5-2 team from Mississippi, but I’m not going to lose sleep over it.

College football fun shouldn’t be taken too seriously, just soaked up. It goes by too fast.

It’s not storming. Ole Miss isn’t good enough as a program to merit storming. It is however, a “gathering”, which a way to promote partying.

As much money as we all pay for our kids to go to college, let them have fun.

When I was at LSU (2001) I believe we stormed the field 3 times in a 5 week span.
