Hey Sinister, where was the cheap shots? All I see is our guy fighting a Dbag on the first gif, a slide on the second, and an offensive player getting up in the last one. Dumbass.

If a person is a Dbag it is perfectly legitimate and accepted to gouge their eyes out.

That hit spawned the origin of the 'tpos' phrase used here often.

Well considering that phrase has been around since AT LEAST the Cam Newton scandal, that just isn't true

Guys fight on the field all the time and this thread isn't about that. Sinister put up a Gif of one of our RB's getting up off of Donte Fowler so our guy musta done his job.

I remember Nick Fairley being a beast in that game in 2010. We couldn't block him to save our life.

The AU hit was 2004 junior rosegreen hit on uga Reggie brown. Definitely would have been a penalty and ejection in today's game. I thought brown was dead. Seriously. I'm glad that he wasn't seriously injured tho I think he was done for that game

I will admit that I did not have this opinion 3 years ago, but it really is concerning that these hits are celebrated. Especially when these are kids.

This is my favorite hit (one that was survived):

Well sorta survived (the guys that did the hitting didn't fair so well - 24 knocked himself out cold and though 26 is sitting up he didn't fair so well either):
