I still like the Tebow-Berry hit. It was just cool how it setup, and neither player would give anything. NFL dbs wouldn't really mess with Tebow this year.

Best part is the Quentin Coryatt hit would be perfectly legal by today's rules, as well.

I think it was Greg Jones from FSU with the hit on the UNC defender. Also I like the Stanford Samuels hit on Roscoe Parrish in an FSU/Miami game.
The biggest hit I saw in person was probably Laron Landry on JPW or the Chad Jones hit on Joe Adams.

Tough to recall one specific hit, but the most punishment I've seen UT dell out to an opposing player was the Wisconsin QB in the 2007 outback bowl.
