Well Cajun cooking has made it’s influences felt everywhere. It isn’t localized anymore because of that.
Now as far as muffulettas go, that’s a big nope for me.

Louisiana should be number #1, Tulane would make sense.

I’m guessing this guy’s favorite food is slightly overrated BBQ so I like this list

I'd think Gainesville is higher. We have incredibly good resturants here. Only thing really missing is great BBQ honestly. I'd put our Asian Fusion, Steakhouses, seafood, and Upper end resturants vs any SEC town easily. Katz just hasn't tried the high rated places.
