AU will be winning 3-0 at half, UGA will win 24-3

This would not surprise me. Auburn did seem to run out of gas in the second half a bit against A&M.

The way UGA has played through first month of season - my guess is they will let Auburn hang around until 3rd qtr

I am not him, but what did he say thta was incorrect? This season, so far, we have gotten untracked in the 3rd quarter.

UTMartin 17-0 half
48-7 Final

Ball State (Exception) 31-0 Half
45-3 Final

South Carolina 3-14 Half
24-14 Final

UAB 28-14 Half
49-21 Final

When considering that 3 of those were pretty bad teams and shouldn't have stayed on the field with us it seems like his remark was at least reasonable.

That's the crazy thing. We were gashing them up the middle for a drive then starting passing numerous time in a row or got cute with play calling and completely killed any momentum. We have no passing game as of now though. Just load 8 in the box and stop the run. Defense is excellent but can't stay on the field all day because of 8 straight punts.

Yep. Your QB is a definite detraction. You need consistency from him to survive.
Auburn seems to be getting HUNH defense without the offensive fireworks.

A bunch of Georgia kids that want to beat the home state Dawgs.

Only 17 kids from Georgia on this roster. Curious if its ever been that low.

For whatever reason, Kirby despises AU and will NOT call the dogs off. I expect 56-3. Anyone that watched AU at A&M or at Cal knows that AU has virtually zero chance to even score a touchdown in this game. It could probably be 77-3 if he wants it to be.

If UGA can shut down the Auburn running game, it could get ugly.

The game is more likely to fly by (few possessions).

Take the under.

Nah, Auburn has to be somewhat good for the Voodod to step up in JHS. We'll win by 4 scores or more after a somewhat tight first half.

Bro. Not this year.

Without the hurry up as well. It was pretty clear we were hoping to bleed clock to keep the A&M game close. That did not work with them and certainly won't with Georgia.

Our best bet to keep it close is if Georgia sleepwalks into this game, something I don't see.

I have a faint hope the offense plays better at home, but that is offset by the fact Georgia has a better defense than A&M.

If the first four are indicative UGA comes out flatter than the beer at a GOP fundraiser, has one possession in the first quarter which results in a FG and Finds themselves down by 4 or more points going into the second. UGA kind of rights the ship in the second and is winning at the half by a TD. UGA comes out in the third hair on fire and is winning by 3 TDS to start the 4th when commercials become such a factor on game flow that neither teams is capable of doing much of anything and UGA wins by 3 scores.

A number of teams, including us, have some issues on offense but from what I've seen so far Auburn has NO offense. Hard to win an SEC game under those circumstances.

Exactly. I worded it poorly, but what I was trying to say is the defense is being stressed by your offenses lack of success as if they were playing a HUNH. But Auburn is not getting the points a HUNH typically gives. It's a really bad combination.

I hope everything is going well for you, Higgs_boson.

The Texas A&M game seemed too big for Thorne.

In his defense A&M's DL was blowing up Auburn's OL on almost every passing play. I don't know why Auburn seemingly abandoned the run so early in that game.

Based on what Auburn has done this season..I suspect this is the most accurate prediction.

Auburn runs well on us especially first half. I'd see uga down 14 to 7 going into halftime, 2nd half different story finish game uga 28 auburn 20. Uga fans continue pur nervousness about the run D.

Hopeful I'm wrong.

Run D should be better with Mykel Williams and Tyrion Ingram Dawkins back on the field.

Significantly better if Javon Bullard is back on the field.

I worry about noise and our OL more than I worry about our run defense if healthy.
