He probably gets slapped with a 3 to 5 year show cause and lays low for the next couple years. He will resurface at a power 5 OC job in 5 years and maybe become a head coach at a sun belt/CUSA school. That'll be the highest he gets though

Lay low for a year, then try to get on as an assistant in the NFL or CFL. Seriously do not see him getting back to being a HC in a P5 school again in his career. He might possibly be an college assistant in 3 to 5 years, but right now he's poison.
