Portal Expectations and Sage Ryan

A lot of people think Kiffin is about to get every portal player he wants. He took Sage Ryan last time so let’s calm down the expectations. Next year isn’t gonna be THE year.

He had an awful year. We have fans trashing our OL who enter the portal but want every guy in it from other schools.

Ideally you get a guy either one year to play and a guy with 2-3. Van Buren will leave if he doesn’t win out.

Twizzlers have no flavor. They stuffed twizzlers back in the day were good but the regular ones are awful.

Kids like Frank. Parents like Frank. But kids from New Orleans aren’t going to LSU because of just Frank. Ole Miss isn’t going to steal all the New Orleans kids now because of him either.

He is too young to know how good he will be but he isn’t getting SEC offers yet if that means anything. Kid is enjoying the recruitment though.

If you look at cost per hour daycare is very cheap. We used to pay $125 a week for an awesome daycare at a church. Moved and the new one was $160. Then $180. It sucked to pay it but for $4 an hour it’s tough to say it’s expensive.

There’s obvious bias but I hear players mentioned on broadcasts as being “from LSU” a lot more than other schools. Any sport. USC used to be a big one but it feels like LSU has had big names in each sport the last few decades. Solid brand for sure and having so many LSU players in media has only helped along with Peter Burns.

OL. We get all these shiny objects but without an OL nothing works. Yet teams all over the country find a way to run the ball while we look awful with the best RB in last years class.
