If Bama loses to LSU Saturday night in an upset of the century, does Saban go to the opposing locker room, congratulate the MVP, and shake every Tiger's hand?

It's depressing as hell that this once budding rivalry has been reduced to this.

No, because, unlike Dabo, Saban won't feel like you guys have achieved your greatest ever accomplishment and that he needs to grace you with his divine presence to congratulate you. "Look at little LSU, doing so good! I'll throw them a bone." Dabo is such a goober.

Kind of my feeling too. I mean, I'm guessing Dabo was sincere about it, but imagine the opposing coach walking in and being like "Wow, congrats guys!" to a conference opponent. Be hard not to take that as a bit of a slight.

LSU players would be too busy popping bottles and helicoptering their peens to shake hands with some old dude.

You obviously don't understand the meaning of hypothetical. I was making a point about the difference in character....one being an arrogant prick, the other kind of a goofy lovable fun coach that isn't afraid to congratulate others achievement. Move along Gump.

Make up your mind, you're asking them to work with you and then move along.

That's pure cynicism right there. I guess no one is above reproach except the great Satan.

That's exactly how he would feel and exactly the attitude of your arrogant fanbase. Thank you for making my poiint for me.

You are melting right the frick down man and it's only Thursday. Work with me on something, will ya? Was it necessary to make this post? Couldn't you have just gone on this little exercise by yourself as you've clearly predetermined what you want everyone to say?

So, you're saying he WOULD go in LSU's locker room to congratulate them?

I don't think I made the same point for you that you think I made.

How often has the LSU head coach gone into the opposing locker room and congratulated them after a loss? How exactly does not doing that make a coach an arrogant prick? I don't know of or haven't heard of many head coaches doing that.

Doesn't seem like your boys will need the pat on the back. According to Guice and White all should go well Saturday night.

Dabo is a Gump at heart.
Saban is a mercenary.

Are you coming from a position that this type of action is normal behavior?

Do you happen to remember any LSU coach doing this in the last...........ever?
