Has nothing to do with current coaching changes, but curious to see what the current collective answer is on this. Any coach, who would it be?

None will respond just in case auburn winds up with said coach. Can’t be on record admitting to wanting a potential auburn coach.

Apparently that may be difficult to pry him away from current job.

Damnit where are the Gumps!!!

Honestly Kiffin.

He’ll have experience everywhere from the bottom of the barrel (HC wise) to right up near the top. Once he gets a hold of a mega brand name with his new view on coaching post arse chewing, I have a feeling he’s a GOATed coach in waiting. I think deep down Bama nation really loves the dude and would embrace him quite easily.

At this moment, I want Lane. He doesn't give a frick but he is competent.

That might change tomorrow though. I really would like a much better defense than what we've had since 2017.

I'm onboard with Kiffin . If he really wants the job after Saban, he won't touch Auburn and will continue to build resume at Ole Miss.

Lane won’t provide that stability near Nick. Good coach but I can’t foresee him keeping Alabama at that same or similar threshold. Better want Kirby although he isn’t leaving Georgia.

You're right, I know but today, I like Lane. But in reality, he's just not a Bama head coach.

If I had a choice of anyone, it's Jim Harbaugh. Realistically, Dave Aranda

Probably Kirby...

But we'll get who we want.

That's a tough question I don't think it's going to be an issue for at least four more years ( just my number) could be more ...or less obviously but not before the '24 season a lot can happen in 2+ years. I don't know of a coach in the present 25 that I would think ..."home run". I like Bielema's system butv that's not going to happen.
Maybe Lanning at Ore if he wanted to jump back into the SEC .. But several current top 25 will need new coaches in a couole of years...
