Yea, the last 2 games have been rough.

31/51 (61%)
11.2 YPA
7 TD / 0 INT
571 passing yards in 5 qtrs

Pretty awful

I agree he has great stats against those cupcake defenses. But down substantially since the knee thing.

Nah. Dropped passes and passes thrown out of bounds.

Tua at slightly diminished accuracy is still one of the 2-3 most accurate QBs in America

So our 2nd string is better than their 1st?

And the reason he is 2nd string QB is because he was was 3/8 for 21 yards and a 19.9 QBR in a national championship game against Georgia and the Tide was shutout before he was pulled at halftime. Our QB lead LSU to 20-point win over Georgia.

Your QB went 15/30 for 129 yards, 6.7 YPA, a 106 QB Rating, 0 TDs and 1 INT vs a much, much worse version of Georgia than the 2017 one.

Those are the exact types of lines Jalen used to put up in games we won against good teams. They're the same guy. Just accept it.

Burrow threw for 200 yards, had ZERO interceptions and scored 2 TD's on the ground.

"much, much worse version of Georgia than the 2017 one"? Georgia was the #8 pass defense in the nation last year - 55.8 % completion percentage and 168.9 YPG with a rating of 113.41. This year they are #14 - 57.5 % and 174.3 % completion percentage and their rating is actually improved to 106.14.

Burrow has already faced 4 of the top 9 rated P-5 pass defenses. Next Saturday he will face his 5th in Alabama. Since LSU is the #3 rated pass defense, he really will have faced 5 of the top 8 when taking LSU out of the equation.
