Gruden will die there. He knows he has no recruiting base and will have a horrible rebuilding process.

One thing in his favor will be much like Bama, UT will be humble enough to give him a chance.

I say he doesn't take that job.

Gruden to Tennessee is as believable as Nick Saban to desperate Alabama in 2007.

If Gruden were to come to Tennessee, business would pick up. Opposing fans know that. I'm not buying Vol rivals saying he would bomb, etc., etc., etc. Gruden has the cocky attitude of Kiffin X10 (Imagine that folks) and would be competitive and be able to recruit on Rocky Top.

That being said, Gruden ISN'T COMING to Tennessee. If he does I'll shave my head, paint a big fat orange T on top and then stick my head in fat LuLu's no shower, sweaty, worse than Honey Boo Boo mom's neck crusted tits.

I honestly think and have been told that there is A LOT, let me rephrase A LOT, of smoke with his name and the program for a reason. But it's not the reason Vols fans hope for. Gruden's camp is being quiet and he hasn't shut this talk down -- or any other college job talk -- because this is all a distraction so he can A) leverage more money from ESPN and/or B) cover up any talks he is already having with NFL teams (i.e. Haslem and the Cleveland Browns | He supposedly met with Haslem while in Knoxville for Coaching Clinic before Haslem/Browns stuff came out...was known that Jim was the likely suitor for a while). Gruden will not take a college job -- that includes Arkansas and all that Wal-Mart money.

Dooley is done. We all know that. Saban knows that. Dooley himself knows that and that's why he will take jabs, defer blame and take shots the rest of the way out. Just wait until he likely benches Bray and Worley goes in and stinks the joint up. The whole remainder of the UT season is going to be a circus.

the SEC is fricked if Gruden goes to UT. his amazing ability to sit around a tiny table and kiss football players asses while watching tape is unreal.

He hasn't coached in college since 1989. He's not going to waltz in and out-recruit Nick Saban, Mark Richt, and Will Muschamp.

Hey, BIG TIME QB, my name is Jon Gruden...

**STICKS OUT HAND WITH SUPER BOWL RING**

As you know, I've sat, watched film and worked with every major college quarterback entering the draft over the last four years. I know what it's going to take to get you to the NFL. I know what it's going to take to make you a first round pick. Are you willing to put in the work to get it done?

--------

Don't feed me that bullish. He may not out-recruit Saban, but he will instantly be a hot name on the recruiting trail if he ever took a college job. He isn't, but if he did....

Pete Carroll hasn't coached in college in 20 years either when he went to USC. and he barely made divisional playoff in the NFL.

just in time for the new Football Training Center opening in 2013 the best in the nation

The only Gruden that will coach in the SEC will be the brother who is the OC for the Nasty Bengals....and it will be in Kentucky.
