Friend of mine who’s a former coach who I have cited here before posted that last night on Facebook after the game.

Exactly right. He is playing Madden in real life and he can only read a defense throwing out of shotgun

It looks even worse because UTK ran the same 5 plays over & over again yesterday for the simple fact that they were working.
We all knew we were in trouble when a RB didn't touch the ball till the 3rd drive of the game. I don't know how any OC making 7 figures could be that fricking stupid.

being that "****ing" stupid isn't that odd. consistently doing it without being relieved of duties is the major issue.

Exactly. He calls plays randomly. He doesn’t have a true game plan. He certainly doesn’t adjust.

Almost everytime we lined up in single back and ran a designed handoff to a RB we got 3-4 yards.

I think we are seeing what the Seahawks saw. He is arrogant and calls off of analytics.

If I'm OC and my offense looks like that, I get my butt of of the press box and get on the sidelines in some ear holes. I am getting people crunk. I am not trusting a QB coach to relay messages. I am looking eyeball-to-eyeball at some players and telling them they are getting their vaginas handed to them. Instead he just sits in the press box.
I don't think Grubb really wants to be here. And I don't think the fans really want him here.
