LSU isn't making it to Atlanta. Your statement is irrelevant.
I wish LSU was though.
I wish LSU was though.

They will be on this kind of issue. Once the appeal is heard their decision should be released the day of of after. We'll know in about 2 weeks

I'd love to face an average QB that hasn't played in a few months if LSU faces Florida again in Atlanta
Well, he's still practicing against one of the best defenses in the SEC...I think he'll be fine

Sorry, I just have little patience for bullshite.
Not directed to you specifically, but to the Grier apologists who have become incapable of giving a straight answer.

the blood test they already have?
Grier is the ONLY NCAA athlete I know to have the random drug test taken by blood then.
Florida is tagging along with this appeal or is it just Grier appealing?

What straight answer do you seek? I'm always happy to help.

That's a lot of tough talk. When was the last time Florida actually beat LSU in football anyway?

Jarmon's result was positive in a random NCAA test conducted Feb. 24. The penalty for a positive test is a loss of one year of eligibility. The university filed an appeal for reinstatement on Jarmon's behalf in March, but that appeal was denied Thursday night.
That "Thursday night" was May 21, 2009. Several weeks after the appeal was made in March. And that was the exact same issue, but even more clear cut than Grier's alleged case.

WHY WON'T GRIER TELL US WHAT HE CONSUMED IF IT WAS JUST AN HONEST MISTAKE?

Can he get some for Blake Barnett ?

I don't know.
Straight talk.
Guesses:
Gator fans:
1) lawyers said shut up
2) privacy issues
Gator not fans:
1) he's on roids
2) he gained 103 pounds in a day
3) he's hiding something

That we can agree on. Counting on the NCAA to act swiftly on a suspension has no legal precedent... In the end, none of this will probably help Will, maybe someone else, but it will probably clarify the use and what is a banned substance.

I swear, he fell on that needled, and it just so happened to push the plunger. An honest mistake!

V&S he should not say a word until the hearing if he is smart or his attorneys are smart.

Considering Grier signed a document in fall camp giving the NCAA right to suspend him for failing a test, there is enough legal precedent there.

Me personally...lawyers said shut it and that there was no benefit to taking this public until the hearing.
The SECR thinks he's hiding stuff.
No one actually knows but you know exactly how the SECR works.
It's all good either way. If the NCAA upholds the ban it's fine by me. He really should have listed what he was taking at the end of the day.
Here's what's important to me. If we find out that he was also using masking agents I'll have no sympathy for him at all. If not, could be a simple mistake in judgement for whatever reason.
