He is Missouri's top target. Doesn't mean they have snowball's chance in hell of getting him. But if Missouri wants Marshall, they will get Marshall. Unless they don't....

Doesn't Marshall already make $3 million/year? Good for Mizzou if they are able to shell out enough to get him.

We offered over $3.5 last time we went after him.

I mean, the tweet is from Gregg Doyel, but I just can't imagine this would happen. He's either going to stay at Wichita State until he retires, or he goes to an absolute blueblood. I just can't imagine a Koch brother letting him go to Mizzou without at least coming close to matching what Mizzou could offer (even if that's $4m), and I can't imagine they'd go much higher than that for anyone.

I get the feeling Marshall is waiting for a blue blood ACC coaching job to open up. Could see him going to UNC once Roy Williams hangs it up. Missouri is a nice job and so is LSU but he seems very comfortable in Wichita
