And how television commentators have led the attacks on officiating. He never mentioned it, but it clearly has helped garner the attacks from fans and conspiracy theories.

The guy is a loser. The only finger he should be pointing is at himself.

I have always gotten the feeling that TV commentators will almost always defend the refs' decision if it is even a remotely close call.

Screw him, let him be an LSU fan instead of a Bama fan and see what he thinks of this.

I bet you believe him

Sankey is such a flake. I believe commentators go out of their way to defend officials and even trot out experts to help make the right call.

Meh. Conspiracy theorists find each other no matter what. It’s almost like there’s some sinister force dictating what actually happens in the world of conspiratorial accusation. Like there’s something secretly put in the water of these doomsayers that leads to their alarmist ideas. Or maybe they’re not even human. They could be examples of AI surreptitiously put into the population to lead us astray.
Nah. They’re all just crackpots.

WTF is he even talking about. TV Commentators defend the officials even when they are completely wrong.
The fact that the SEC Office is willing to publicly reprimand student athletes but are unwilling to do so for paid officials shows the culture problem that Birmingham has.

Let Bama lose a game and see how fast they blame the refs (unless Tua gets hurt then it's the other team had to have done it on purpose). They cried about the refs forever after they lost to Clemson.
As for conspiracies, Bama fans claiming it's everyone else making it all up to look like Bama gets favorism is also a conspiracy theory.

The only people who believe that are Bama fans who get every call.

If by TV commentators he means “everyone in the media covering the Conference.”
I think every fanbase complains every week about them. It’s universal.

Every single time Bama loses they blame the refs. They have no idea what a real frickin at the hands of a ref feels like. We do. Look at the game Saturday, the Florida game, and of course the fix was in on the Bama game before it even started.

He outta come out and tell the truth - Some people are just fricking stupid and should be mocked for it until they learn how to shut up.

Has Dankey ever heard of roll tide Gary Danielson?
if I had a nickel for every excuse he made for the refs I'd be warren Buffet. ( unless of course they miss a call against auburn)

Is that the reason you got skunked by 30 points on your home field?

Last week, Danielson and Nessler questioned the intentional grounding call on Stidham, completely unaware that the out-of-the-tackle box provision by rule does not apply on a flea flicker. So naturally, Auburn fans bitch online about it, until someone corrects them. Sometimes the commentators just don't know the rules, and Danielson is one of the worst.
