You can't 100% compare stats between eras because in Manning's day people still threw much, much less than todays.

Regardless, I think Tua, Manning, and Watson are an easy 3 of the best collegiate QB's to not win it, they were all runner up's I believe.

The game is different. Much easier for QBs to put up big stats these days.

More TDs Jackson & Mayfield. Same amount of as Watson, but fewer INTs.
