Catching lighting in a bottle with this team, Chambliss, and Lacy. But once they leave, he’s going to be a dumpster fire and Ole Miss will fire him in 2-3 yrs.

Between the two teams, LSU reaaaally needed to win last night. After all that hullabulloo to get their cocky man child as head coach only to lose to OM was embarrassing. I’ve also never seen Lane Kiffin look so shell shocked and humiliated in a press conference. All that bravado melted away real fast. This is a glimpse of the future, LSU!

Golding has never had to look for a qb. Lane built the whole team Pete has. Golding lives off of Lane. Much like LSU beating Bama during Saban's first season. Pete will never be as good as Les or Saban.

Joe Judge and Weiss found Chambliss. Deuce Knight is on roster already. The WR corps was almost entirely new (because Lane took Winnie Watkins and the rest left for the NFL), the O Line was also a bit more plug and play, and you’re acting like Lane didn’t want more from our roster that Pete did a good job of retaining. The rest of that is seething nonsense that, again, could as easily be true as false.
Lane has a terrible record against top 25 teams and always seems to lose the big game. You fired Brian Kelly to hire Brian Kelly. See how that “logic” works?

Golding just beat you on the field though. Reality says he’s 1-0 against Kiffin. 2-1 in the playoffs when Kiffin has never been.
Kiffin’s era is looking more like the orgeron era (fitting he’s on staff) guess you needed to prep the interim.

It was meant to foolish, dumbass. My whole point is that your logic is comparing Pete to people that aren’t Pete. You could just as easily be right as you could be wrong, but you don’t see that. Brian Kelly isn’t Lane. Lane could easily do better or worse. So of course it’s a foolish statement.

Lane is a much better coach than Kelly. Kelly feasted at Dame playing 1 or 2 legit teams each season.
