No one but Aggies thinks A&M is some super selective school. Y'all have like 80,000 students, it's clearly not that hard to get in.

I knew a lot of Texas kids at OU that got into A&M and chose to go to OU instead because A&M is too weird to attend. And I'm not sure if I've ever heard of someone from Oklahoma even considering A&M because it's like a cult version of Oklahoma State.

Not an engineer in the bunch.

When I was a kid back in late 60/70s sitting in the original knothole seats of north endzone horse shoe, Texas Memorial Stadium used to have a huge plaque with the names of the 5,280 Texans that died in WW1 at the very top of the seating, with a statue. I used to go up there and read the names from time to time and just think about them.
That plague is now outside the stadium and you can still walk up to it and read the names of those young men.

Oh, and another thing....after 3 games the degree smack comes out?

An Engineering degree at OU is pretty damn good. I know this because my father has an Aerospace Engineering degree from there and is probably one of the most tenured Aerospace Engineers in the country.
