No one but Aggies thinks A&M is some super selective school. Y'all have like 80,000 students, it's clearly not that hard to get in.
I knew a lot of Texas kids at OU that got into A&M and chose to go to OU instead because A&M is too weird to attend. And I'm not sure if I've ever heard of someone from Oklahoma even considering A&M because it's like a cult version of Oklahoma State.

i have a friend who's kid went to A&M for a semester, but he slipped on something and hurt his back.
