I was an engineer while down there during the 90s and remember actually talking with people about how dangerous it was. I never participated in that, though the Engineering building was near the bonfire site. The only negative experiences I had at A&M was actually with the Engineering faculty.

Y'all just broke 100! congrats.

When you come down for the RRR and you cross the red river, you lower the IQ in both states.

The University of Oklahoma's Gallogly College of Engineering is ranked No. 99 (tie) nationally for Best Graduate Engineering Schools by U.S. News & World Report.

Except that the engineering department and faculty was never involved in building the bonfire - which was a huge part of the problem

I know of no engineering grad students or faculty who were involved in bonfire. However, the last time I saw 30 people in the back of a pickup in the US were A&M students heading to cut down trees. Though I have seen 10 people on a motorcycle in the Philippines.

Yeah truth be told I wasn't a big fan of bonfire while I was there. Total waste of time if you ask me and obviously unsafe

Most of the officer corps in WW2 though.

World War II Officer Totals
• Texas A&M: Furnished approximately 14,123 officers out of more than 20,229 Aggies who served in the armed forces. This total was even greater than the combined output of both West Point (the U.S. Military Academy) and Annapolis (the U.S. Naval Academy) during the war.

And as the other guy stated most of the MOH winners

Thanks for playing. Try again some other time

What a weird way to get your rocks off, referencing your WW1/2 military honors on a sports message board. We are here for football. Obviously we all respect the troops, but can still say the institution they came from is objectively a cult.

Btw. LSU grad here, live in Houston, 28 years old making $220 a yr, bet that’s way higher than the median Aggot grad my age in Houston.

unfortunately, the Engineers from Aggie land are the worst Engineers to ever work with. They are not the best at their jobs!!! So quit bragging.
