Uga was spending. 4 million a year about 5 years ago for recruiting I seriously doubt they are spending one million less .

UT has always spent more on its recruiting budget because Tennessee doesn’t have the high school talent of other SEC states. For a long time it was UT and ND recruiting heavily nationwide
