Reading is fundamental...
"However, since its inception in 1961, the Green Bay “G” has been redesigned several times and now looks like Georgia’s original 1964 “G.” Georgia is proud that the Packers apparently liked the special nuances of the Bulldogs’ forward-looking “G”."

Yes it is.
As are visual comparisons. Anyone who is not a Georgia fan can see the helmet designs year by year and it’s obvious who copied who.
quote:
The Green Bay Packers (NFL) and Georgia Bulldogs (NCAA) use similar, iconic "G" helmet logos, with Green Bay debuting theirs in 1961 and Georgia in 1964. Georgia requested and received permission from the Packers to use the design, which is slightly slimmer and red/black, while the Packers' logo is green/gold

This comes up every offseason. A Georgia fan argues that they were first until someone posts what you just did.

The idea was Greenbays, but UGA had a graphic designer elongate it and put a separate ovan outline around it. So actually, Greenbay uses UGAs version of the g and has for decades...... Again it's a font type set, no different from people using block lettering....

Redesign: to revise in appearance, function, or content. (Merriam-Webster)
The article clearly states that Green Bay redesigned its "G" several times after its 1961 inception and it now looks more like Georgia's 1964. Although other aspects of the helmet may have changed, the 1964 Georgia "G" has has not. So, Green Bay changed its G and it now resembles Georgia's. Not that difficult of a concept to understand.

Oh, I get it. You're making fun of the driving arrest.
I bet you're the kind of guy who, when you see a cop, you point at your buddy and say, "He did it!!".

Believable. You're probably not friends with many people.

Jalen Carter is the perfect Dawg to spotlight in this thread.

"Jalen Carter"
Yeah, I remember that game well. And lest you forget, Bennett's numbers; 23 of 29 passes for 274 yards, 4 passing TDs and zero interceptions and 2 rushing touchdowns on route to hanging 50 on the hapless kittens. Ahhhh...great to be a Dawg fan.
