Didn’t LSU take in Mettenberger after he got kicked off Georgia for SA?

Didn't LSU have the "all registered sex offender" backfield, Derrius Guice and Zach Mettenberger ?

LSU's jet for away games in that era, was lovingly called "SORNA" as I understand it.

I guess the laws are different in Georgia

Our campus police are very strict.
Do anything stupid on campus and you get arrested.
Meanwhile in liberal cities throughout the nation real criminals are never arrested much less prosected all day long.

I remember when Hines Ward was arrested by campus security for standing in an aisle at a basketball game. So many arrests for riding scooters on the UGA campus without a helmet. These cops have always acted like Barney Fife. And I doubt anything has changed

But the Republicans and Donald Rump can lead an insurrection and act like it’s just another tourist event at the Capitol.

Why wouldn’t I be ok? Georgia wins back to back natties and UF is a pitiful excuse for a football team. And teams like AU and LSU are called out for taking players UGA ousted from the team.
And BTW UF did UGA a good turn a few years ago by taking a player off our hands who was way more trouble than he was worth. He had worn out his welcome at UGA and reportedly was told it would be a very good idea for him to look for another program. He was welcomed with open arms at UF. A five star! At UF!!! Unheard of for the Gators. Heard y’all finally kicked him to the curb too after tolerating his behavior for a couple of seasons. Good move. Too bad it took y’all so long.

The unguided tour of congress was hardly an insurrection. And it’s coming out that FBI assets were guiding them it seems.

LSU loved Mettenburger.

We took him in out of the goodness of our hearts, rehabilitated him and sent him on to the league. He had learned some poor behavior having grown up in the UGA program.

Mettenberger was arrested in Valdosta….or, in Remerton, if you want to get technical. Valdosta’s little city within a city.

I tend to agree. After a few years of watching it play out, that is generally what happens. There are exceptions, but they are exceptions.
