Uga was on the road and eating the rat poison, they bought the hype bc Kentucky just came off a putrid loss to usce and Clemson blasted app st. Probably had a bad practice week didn’t take Kentucky serious and got punched in the mouth on the road. I want uga to lose out but this game was probably a wake up call unfortunately.

Beating UK is never some big feat they’re a speed bump in a parking lot. I’m actually on the side of the fence that y’all are still the best team in the country but the gap isn’t gigantic imo

Clemson is roughly an hour further away from MB Stadium than Athens.... not really home field.

I was guilty of thinking this too after KY rolled USCe, but last night was a good reminder that the transitive property doesn’t apply to football. KY somehow always manages to play us close at home, and it really is, as Kirby frequently reminds us, hard to win on the road in the SEC. That being said, real talk, we got whupped on the LOS on both sides of the ball all night, and the offensive game plan and play calling were hot garbage. We were lucky to get out of there with a W.

I explained it.

Florida knows they are firing Napier and are all a Twitter over it. State knows they don’t have the roster and Lenny needs a couple of recruiting classes. The difference is UK is happily paying Stoops 9mil a year to beat 5-6 bad programs a year and don’t complain when they occasionally lose 8 games a year.

To me that’s worse than Vandy not having an AD. UK fans will die on the hill for Stoops getting extended.

They couldn't move the ball against a team that got rolled by South Carolina the previous week

Though I believe they can improve, as of today they are not a top 10 team

I have them 6th in the SEC behind (in no particular order) Ole Miss, Tennessee, Alabama, Texas and Missouri

This isn't the first time Georgia has had a game like this in recent years. They had a similar game against a bad Mizzou team in 2022. They still won the National Championship.

Kirby is a great coach. I won't start doubting Georgia until this happens multiple times in a season and they start taking some Ls.

On the other side, Texas had a dominant win at Michigan. But the quality of that Michigan team is very questionable. They beat Arkansas State by 10. Not Arkansas, Arkansas State. That's not a good sign.

Tenner has a total margin of victory against Kentucky at Kroger of 13 points the past 3 games.

Are you Tenners all the dumbest bricks on the planet? Good grief

Even the best teams sometimes have a bad game while playing "inferior" talent that are playing their Superbowl game. We faced down these types of games in the Big12 on the regular, you know this.

LMAO. No, you didn’t. UGA’s situation is something Texas has NO experience with. It’s a fantasy in Texas fans heads.

Your team has never won shite. Your team was mostly the inferior team in these Super Bowl fantasy game scenarios. You’re nothing like UGA.

But keep dreaming and talkin big on message boards.

Georgia has a hard path with Texas, Alabama and Ole Miss, but almost every great team struggled against a lesser opponent or lost during a championship run the last 20 yrs.

I can see Georgia dropping 2 of those games and still making the playoffs. Do you think you are good enough to beat them twice in the same year?
