No matter how you slice it, and how much talent they have, that's a lot for any team to absorb.
This is true. No problem with what you are saying. Is it a lot of stats to absorb.

Now let’s view with the glass half full:
Return 3 of top 4 WRs and just might add our best wr talent since A.J. green if we are lucky.
Return our top pass rusher, who is a lb.
Return our top 2 DL and add a Notre Dame starter.
Return our top 2 dbs.
Return 5 of top 6 OL.
Return our qb for the first time since 2013.
Our new starting rb has shown elite ability, and he might not be our best, as we have a gurley clone freshman that appears to be ready to go.
Add elite talents from 17/18 classes to fill in the gaps

I don't remember much about your 2016 team, Kirby's first year, but I do remember unexpected losses and unexpected close games. What were the major differences from 2016 to 2017 that lead to your successful season?

SERIOUSLY doubt it... Even with the losses, UGA is loaded!! If they lose 2 games, I'd be shocked..

FInally got that Richt out of the players, year 2 of the system for a guy like Roquan, a JUCO and former DB stepped up at WR, and some freshmen stepped up at QB and on the OL.

We learned to put teams not close to our talent away.
The scores versus the SEC East last year.
41-0
45-14
42-7
53-28
24-10
42-13
Now ask yourself with recruiting did the talent gap get wider or did it narrow up?

I will cut you gumps some slack.
Rainman's posts are too dumb to be indicative of your fanbase. It's like he would be my alter if I had an alter.

Yeah, I somehow forgot about Frohm as I posted that. QB play was stellar compared to previous seasons. I'm interested to see how he plays this season being the second time around.

The culture Kirby brought in has a lot to do with UGA performing better. Took a year or so for players to adapt, and to weed out the bad apples, but the core 4 seniors from last year really helped all the younger guys buy into what Kirby wants to do.
All the talent in the world doesn't mean shite if they're not always ready to get better and try to live up to their potential. Richt from 2008-2015 was the shining example of an apathetic culture.

Anything can happen. But I’m willing to bet you $5,000 vs your UT prediction.
You game?
