Most of the players on the field will be the same ones as last year, correct?

Indeed. We will run the ball down their throats like Holmes did Lovelace.

Tenn fans going to be shocked when they barely score 21 pts.

This D is no joke and the O scores when they want

The Tenn hype plays into GA’s hands, especially at home

At this point I’m not sure why even play the game. I just hope uga takes mercy on my VOLS and keeps it within 50 points.

Yup, it’s also the same exact players that’s scoring 50 points a game and has beat 5 ranked teams so far this year.

Wouldn’t count on it. No team this year has rushed for their yearly average against UT. In fact we are holding teams to more than less what they average a game when they play us .UT is only giving up 92 yards a game. They all of sudden not gonna give up 200 yards this game because UGA “supposed” to have good running backs. Bama averages 250 yards rushing a game and only had 114 yards and averaged less than 4 yards a carry.

Tennessee’s defense is better against the run than Georgia. Just look at yards per attempt. And we’ve had a way more difficult schedule to this point.

I don’t think either team will run the ball effectively. VOLS have to figure out how to stop the TEs. Georgia by 14.

Great statistics that are extremely relevant to this year's matchup. Here are some additional statistics over the same period.

Rushing yards per game by year/ Opponents rushing yards per game by year (differential) :

Georgia 2017 - 258.4/126.0 (132.4)
Georgia 2018 - 239.2/134.0 (105.2)
Georgia 2019 - 185.9/74.9 (111.0)
Georgia 2020 - 174.2/72.3 (101.9)
Georgia 2021 - 191.2/78.9 (112.3)
Georgia '22 YTD - 202.0/85.5 (116.5)

Tennessee 2017 - 117.9/251.3 (-133.4)
Tennessee 2018 - 130.0/155.2 (-25.2)
Tennessee 2019 - 144.3/140.5 (3.8)
Tennessee 2020 - 141.5/141.6 (-0.1)
Tennessee 2021 - 218.2/148.5 (69.7)
Tennessee '22 YTD - 199.6/93.0 (106.6)

Over this period of time, Georgia has never had less than a 100+ yard rushing differential between themselves and their opponents. This year is the first time that Tennessee has had a 100+ yard rushing differential between themselves and their opponents.
