And has Monken even established a system yet?

Do you recall how wrong you were about 2017 UGA, which was the last time UGA returned its OC for year #2?

You were WAY wrong about that UGA team.

1 good game, 1 average game, and 1 sorry game. All 3 against pretty bad Ds.

839 yards 9 TDs 1 Int at 67%.

Sounds good to me for a guy still limited due to knee injury and failed surgery.

We will see if he improves with a full offseason as the QB1.

He’d defenitely be the talk of the town if he did that at UT to end the season.

Do you feel he will play 3 Ds of that caliber over a 12 game season? You shouldn’t.

Did you forget how to use a calculator?

Some of the d's will be better, some worse.

Its amazing that you still cant remember how many games he started last year. It was 4.

In the 4 games he started, his passer ratings were as follows:

197 = Great
164 = Good
188 = Great
158 = Good

Each rating was above average (Its amazing you dont even understand passer ratings. The level of your cluelessness is astounding.)

Did he play against 4 SEC teams? Or 3. Pretty dude it’s 3. Do you really want to count an exhibition game with a G5 team??

Do you think he play against 12 SEC teams in 2021? Pretty sure its NOT an all-SEC schedule.

This is rich coming from a fan who celebrated a huge win over a lesser team in Indiana the year before, but the answer is yes because Cincy is legit.

The stats you listed are part of the passer rating calculation, so this take is just bad.

Passer rating is the stat that describes the QUALITY of a passing performance. The words you used in the post describe QUALITY, but you must be conflating QUALITY with QUANTITY, which drops the level of your cluelessness even lower.

10 of 12 will be P5 regular season games (Clemson and GaTech)

Indiana is in the Big 10ish, a P5 school

The whole conversation has been about production. Yards, attempts, completion %. Like 5 pages of this. And now you want to change it? Weak sauce.

Thanks for proving my point. Some will be easier, some will be harder. Unlike those 4 games, we get to play Vandy, Tech, and 2 nobodies in 2021.

They were unranked and a level beneath Cincy in quality.

If the stats you included werent the basis of the passer rating score, your point might not be as terrible as it is. Its not changing it when thats the case. It is presenting it in a more reasonable and clear manner though.

Any reasonable and educated fan knows best way to analyze a QB's performance is to look at the QUALITY of a performance.

Only an idiot knocks a QB because the # of attempts is low in a game, or praises him because he threw 50 passes in a game. Dont be that idiot.

5 pages in about WR Yardage, QB attempts, completion %, and yardage and you move the goalposts. You even did the 300 yards x 13 is the expected output under Monkens (in theory) O. Just take your L and crawl back in your grandma’s basement to watch soccer like you have for the last 20 years.

The relevance of a stat depends on the context of the discussion, which shifts as threads progress.

WR's dont have a commonly accepted efficiency stat, but QB's do.

WR stats will always be affected by # of passing attempts.

Passer rating isnt affected by # of passing attempts. The equation removes that variable to fairly compare QB's who throw 25 times a game with QB's who throw it 50 times a game.

Why does this apples to apples concept bother you so much? Because it makes you look like a fool.
