I always thought uga fans being terrible was exaggerated......then I moved to savannah area. Thier fan base is awful

OP says his friend was randomly barked at in Indianapolis by a UGA fan yesterday. I'm calling bullshite. A chant at a steak house full of dawg fans [of which about 1% of the chant involves the word "woof"] isn't evidence that random people get barked at. OP's "friend" isn't a "sports guy" so I can assume he wasn't walking around in Bama gear. Therefore, I call bullshite on OP's story. It's just not plausible, there are too many holes.

Been going to Georgia games 40+ years and never once seen a child barked at by an adult UGA fan but always amazed by the number of message board fans who make this claim. In short, you're FOS and your story is complete bullshite.

I grew up in Georgia, and the first football game I ever went to was in Athens when Alabama came to town. I'm pretty sure it was 1990. We lost the game, but I enjoyed it. Anyway, I was most certainly barked at and I was just a kid. First game ever, barked at by grown arse retards.

We've all had multiple first hand experiences with it.
That's why your fanbase gets so much shite over it - because we've all dealt with it in real time when you come into town or people come into Athens for an away game.

I will call you out on this one. I’ve been going to Athens since 1971 with Dawg family in Social Circle, Monroe. I have sat all over that stadium. The Black out against Auburn in 2007 was the worst football environment I have ever been in and the only environment I felt threatened. YOU do bark at men, women and children. You purposely get in the faces. I had to hold my wife and sons hands to get out of there safely after that ball game.
Now my son has grown up and a US Marine and wife doesn’t go to Athens. I savor the day one walks up and barks in my face.
2007 was proof of just how bitter and jealous the dawg fan nation has truly been with relation to Auburn!
