The downside of having super conferences. It will get worse when more teams are added. I don't like the way it is. I wish we had conference alignment of the 70's and 80's including the SWC.

You know your team better than I do. But that's what many on here thought last year. I think Florida will do better than last year, personally.

It's an SEC road trip. Don't count you chickens yet. What's napiers road record at uf?

Been telling the swamp geckos all offseason their schedule was killer. Their response was we did OK with that same schedule last year. What they fail to understand that B2B road trips are bad enough. They have TWO such B2B road trips. Last year they didn't have 1. Then there's that EIGHT game stretch with ONLY 2 in the swamp.

They in for a rude awakening starting week 3.

As much as I have been a little vagina about the schedule, I agree with you.

All the boosters are stoked with the great schedule as they don't prefer to play a bunch of crap teams. At least we had one warmup game. Now it's on and we can lose any game from here on out.

On the flip side, the Miami hurricanes don't leave the state of Florida until November.

I love this idiotic argument. You think Miami playing in Tallahassee is an advantage because it is the same state? Is playing at Clemson easy because it is in South Carolina?

No. But there are certain logistical advantages of staying "at home" so to speak that are lost when you travel out of state.

Defense should keep us in every game. Up to offense and Lagway’s health.

So tired of hearing about DJ Lagway. He hasn’t earned the hype and the true frosh from Jax looked better IMO. if he only he had Lagway’s size.
