Completely agree. He came to a dumpster fire of a program and actually performed pretty well. Statistically, he was a top 5 QB in the SEC last season.

With good reason. Sorry for not toting the company line, but Bentley regressed every year here. He stunk against almost every team with a pulse save for one half against Michigan in the Outback Bowl and Clemson last year, a game we still lost by 3 TD's. As a starter, he was winless against UK, UGA, A&M and Clemson. I wish the kid well but I'm not sad to see him go.

Clemson’s loss to Georgia Tech last Saturday may have derailed the Tigers’ chances at a BCS national championship, but as we noted on here, that doesn’t mean Clemson has to revert to “Old Clemson” trends of spiraling downward in self-destruction.
Either someone didn’t feel that way, or this was just an arbitrary act of vandalism. Either one.
Clemson quarterback Tajh Boyd said Wednesday that his house was egged Saturday night by an unknown group of individuals. Boyd added that he wasn’t sure if the egging was done in reaction to the 31-17 loss.
For what it’s worth, Boyd didn’t have his best game against GT from a statistical standpoint, throwing two picks against the Yellow Jackets. Not that such a performance would merit an egging, if that was indeed the motive behind the act.

Tajh was at least lucky the sheep humping sister bangers didn't burn a cross in his front yard. I guess they throttled their normal routine out of fear of losing Deshawn at the time.

There's something to be said for honesty.
Bentley absolutely got worse every year, but that's got to be put on his coaching. They have the track record to prove they'll ruin a QB.
