Unless you have forgotten we molested you frickers in your own back yard last year with your great QB, Knowsho Marino, and AJ Green(who is great by the way).
Football is football and if you have a great defense and an offense that can control the line of scrimmage and move the ball with consistentcy, you will win championships.
Do you remember how bad we embarrassed y'all at home last year. I almost couldn't watch. I was embarrassed for y'all.

Yeah...QBs never threw the ball in the 1980s. Everyone ran the veer and threw maybe 1 or 2 passes per game. Are you stupid or 12? Or both?

McElroy showed flashed of brilliance at times this year such as against Va. Tech and Florida, and he looked horrible at times, such as against Tennessee and Ole Miss. It's amazing that he led this team to an undefeated season and national title as a first year starter. The reason Bama is national champions, aside from having a great defense and power running game, has a lot to do with McElroy's game management. You could say that he didn't WIN us any games, save for the Auburn game. He put up good stats against Florida when it mattered most also. But more importantly, he never LOST us a game by making stupid mental mistakes or being careless with the ball. The dude is a Rhodes Scholar! That means he is highly intelligent and that's the way he plays football....the smart way. If he can develop his technique and improve on a few things as a passer, how good will he be next year with experience under his belt. True enough, his stats last night were horrible, just like they were in several SEC games. But he seems to have mastered the one stat that matters most and that is getting a "W". He is undefeated since they 8th grade so who cares what his passer rating is? It's all about winning and McElroy is a winner.

True that. Players with swagga show up in the big games. Mcelroy didnt do a thing to help bama win. But he also didnt do a thing to cause them to lose.
