Against the egregious and selective attacks by the SEC on LSU and the state of Louisiana
Correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't there been athletes identified with the NFL already participate/play for other SEC teams?
I look forward to the day Greg Sankey and all others involved (NCAA, SEC member institutions and their respective states) in this witch hunt testify in congress before Louisiana Senator John Kennedy
That will be must watch TV

While I don't believe that this would ever happen, the one liners we would get out of it would be amazing.

I have to say my Texas alum friends have been shockingly level headed on this issue. Bama and OM friends have solidified my belief that both fan bases are mostly retarded.

Yes. Numerous instances
The most egregious is Bama basketball.
Alabama Alum Sankey “was strongly against it”
Sterling Webb of Mizzou played 7 snaps this past weekend
Arkansas played two ineligible
The line seems to be NFL Rookie/preseason camp… even if they never took a snap In any Of it. When your conference commissioner can’t clearly define professional athlete is there isn’t a rule in place that they can enforce

This case will determine whether the SEC has the power to enforce rules and regulations that the NCAA does not have the power to enforce.
Once that determination is made, if the SEC is fair, they will then put forth exacting factors that delineate who is and who isn’t a professional athlete.
I hope it is the original “declare for the draft” line.
It would result in many players on multiple teams being appropriately ineligible.

Not sure if it's a witch hunt as much of a "flex" by the SEC.
The SEC's issue is with the LSU admin, not really Kiffin himself.
But no way LSU will be getting kicked out, nor should they.
I do look forward to seeing the next SEC Shorts episode though. Could be epic.

You need to send an email to Sark, the Texas AD, and UT President that discovery in the Wright/Harris lawsuit could lead to criminal collusion and conspiracy charges for all three of them to keep these two players out of the SEC.

Kennedy is my favorite Senator
He would would rip these SEC suits to shreds if given the opportunity
We are ALL LSU, because if they can be selectively bullied today, who will be targeted tomorrow?

Witch hunt?
Are we really supposed to believe a bunch of NFL roster cuts independently decided Louisiana was the promised land for a 5th year of eligibility? And they masterminded this massive legal strategy while trying to survive NFL training camps?Give me a break. I’ll pretend LSU was a naive bystander, but Lane Kiffin is absolutely the puppet master here. This is classic Lane. Reminder: this is the same guy who told Tennessee early enrollees to skip class and wait for his call when he ditched them for USC. The SEC filing a federal lawsuit against LSU for a "deliberate campaign" is the least surprising news of the season.

Perhaps you should focus on your Fast and Furious demolition derbys and the "good ole boy" judicial process in Athens
Seems to be a lot of stones being thrown at LSU by folks who live in glass houses

I don't fully support them, but I can see a railroading. It would be different if not only rostered, but also played those players. They backed down. Much like we did with Mitchel.
