It was UCF that made him.

Or maybe it's just that UCF really didn't accomplish much and both sides have pretty much demonstrated it since.

The truth is, you beat a bunch of shite teams, and a 4 loss Auburn team. The transitive property is a pretty terrible concept.

He turned an 0-12 program into a 13-0 program in two years at UCF. His offense works with the correct pieces. But it’s his fault he can’t realize that it doesn’t work at Nebraska. It hasn’t even tried to tailor it. Like at all.

I suspect what we're seeing is how good Milton was. Both program and coach are toast without him.

Going to Lincoln was a horrible mistake for him. Should have stayed at UCF.

I absolutely understand why he took the job but even at the time, I said it was a horrible decision. There’s nothing going for that program, total dead end.

If/when Kiffin leaves, I hope Ole Miss gives him a call. He is in no man's land in Lincoln, Nebraska. He's going to bounce back and be successful somewhere

What your seeing is playing day in and day out in the big ten is a lot tougher than whatever the frick ucf plays on a weekly basis

it has more to do with the players he can get to Lincoln. None of these kids gives a shite about Nebraska being good 20+ years ago. There’s no in-state recruiting and the weather in Lincoln sucks.

Nebraska is the Service Merchandise of college football. The style of athletes that come out of nebraska are no longer competitive.

Frost would be fine if Nebraska joined the AAC.

Nebraska has to have more white kids starting than any non-private school in P5 football.

Their QB is from Fresno, CA.
He can take it to the house on just about any play. He has wheels. He hasn't been developed AT ALL. Some of NU's suckdom is coaching.

Not sure wtf happened to O’Leary but they were 13-1 two years before they went 0-12. Hell they won their conference the year prior

Rarely works out though. Only three I can come up with as successes (in last 50 years) is Bear Bryant, Steve Spurrier, and Frank Beamer. There seem to be more coaches who played at their team's rival who were successful
