Of course they don't. Alabama's guiding principle has always been to win at all costs. And it works well for them because their bandwagon riding, front running fans with no ties to the university don't care because they have no skin in the game.

Human Resources suggestions are just suggestions by lonely, repressed, man-hating women that can easily be ignored.
At real companies, ran by men, HR is just a legal technicality that bears no effect on the day to day operations of a company.
Alabama is not a faggy place, like maybe LSU is.
