The brothers along with their father, Billy Gene Lindsey, got into a brawl at the Oarhouse Bar & Grill on Sept. 4, police said.
Dauphin Island Police Chief George Goodwin said a fight turned into a "free for all," and four other people were injured, including bruised eyes and abrasions.
One man had his nose broken, an injury that required surgery, Goodwin said.
After warrants were issued, Goodwin said, each of the Lindsey men surrendered Wednesday at Mobile County Metro Jail.
On Thursday, the Lindsey family could not be reached for comment.
Police did not release any other details about the incident, including what started the fight.
Dustin Lindsey, 23, was charged with four counts of third-degree assault and one count of disorderly conduct, according to records. He was released from jail on $4,500 in bail.
Jordin Lindsey, 23, was charged with two counts of third-degree assault and one count of disorderly conduct, according to records. He was released from jail on $2,500 in bail.
Billy Gene Lindsey, 49, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released from jail on $1,500 in bail.
The twins played defense together at Davidson High School in Mobile and the University of South Carolina.
In 2007, Jordin Lindsey had his neck slashed during a weekend altercation near the South Carolina campus in Columbia.
In 2006, Dustin Lindsey was charged with disorderly conduct and trespass after notice stemming from a bar fight in Columbia.
