quote:Then that would make sense. I would not think the numbered/named boosters would be allowed at this hearing but I could be wrong. But since Farrar was named and was a former employee of the university, I would think he has every right to be present; with representation. But, I don't really know much about the inter workings of the COI hearings.
I'm told he was retained as Farrar's legal counsel.
ETA - on second thought, that would make a whole lot of sense. Since Merkel couldn't be there representing the Rebel Rags guy, and Farrar (and Kiffin ???) were alleged to have coordinated the recruits' connecting with RR, Merkel gets an inside view of what is known about the RR implication that he might not have gotten otherwise. Would give him some insight moving forward (or not) with the civil suit RR v. Lewis, Jones, Miller, et al. Hmmmmmm!

It will be even more funny in the morning when Lying Leo has to shake hands with the attorney for Rebal Rags.
The funniest part is that you probably think they will have any interaction at all.
I look forward to your porn bomb. Make it a good one please.

I know SA#39 reads tRant, so :
-Try not o laugh at the OM people being paraded in front of their executioners. These folks are watching their careers being flushed, so have a little sympathy
-when you get out, go grab a Graeter's Ice Cream. Orginal Sea Salt Caramel is the best, imo.
_Stay away from the nasty-assed Cincinnati chili. Chili 3 way, on spaghetti or a coney....that crap is disgusting. Why do they put cinnamon in chili?

Nice link.
Also, if they do it like a court case then they will have told his representative when they actually wanted him to be in attendance.

Do we have a time of when we'll know something or is like today the first day of 'court' so to say and it's going to drag out thru the week?

They told him they want him for the first day and a half and there are reports at the only entrance, so yeah, he hasn't made it yet.

Well, we're not supposed to know anything about this meeting at all, so I'd take anything being reported with a huge grain of salt. We're not supposed to get official info until OM and the NCAA releases the penalties, sometime around Thanksgiving I think

Just speculation, though.
