LSU plays small ball very well....

Fundamentally they seem sound overall, moreso that many have been claiming on the rant!

Yeah I have no idea why the ump thought he could just deny DVH changing pitchers.

Garbage right-hander Blaine Knight stays a perfect 7-0 with a ND in tonight's victory.

This LSU loss brought to you by Tony Chachere's.

As for MSU , we did not deserve this win. The number of mistakes in this game along with pitching was terrible. I don't recall a game this sloppy in a long time.

Very sloppy and the usual State - Bama baseball game where stats mean nothing and we usually end up with a football score.
Really horrible stats-2 errors, gave up 16 hits, hit 6 batters at the plate.
As you suggested, we should have lost but I will take it. A win is a win is a win.
Need Small to throw a complete game W tomorrow to give our staff some rest and bring back some normalcy to baseball.

For sure. Hopefully France has his stuff tonight.

I still don't know why some Msu fans are so high on him. I can see him facing two batters then pulled but it's not like he has much more than a fast ball.

Small in my opinion is our best pitcher. Speaking of pitchers, I'm not sure what has happened to Pilkington. He has not been the same lately. Now granted, he got no help for much of the season from our batters who have since gotten much better. Regardless, something is not right with him. Can't put my finger on it.

If not for relief pitching that have gotten him out of some jams, his Era would be much worse.
