It is absolutely crazy to me that Tennessee has stayed in the top 3 all season. I have no clue why. I think they are legitimately a top 15 ball club with top 5 talent, so I have no clue why the folks that rank these clubs won't drop them a few spots at the least.
UT fans will throw stats at you to make you think they deserve to be there, but 1-3 vs teams over .500 is just not good enough for a team to be considered top 3, early season or not.

The rankings rarely change much in the early season when everyone is beating up on northern and directional schools. They'll get moved down a lot soon if they can't hang with schools like Mizzou.

Mizz has some nice wins early on though. They may have a squad. Too early to tell though.

Mizzou is likely gonna win about 10 games in the SEC. Not a great club in most people's opinion.
