Will tell us a lot about our team. If I had to predict the outcome I expect ASU takes 2/3. All the walks last week have me doubtful we will win this series.

Is it common for coaches to experiment with lineups in the mid-week games?
It feels like throwaway games half of the time with Sully. He has always had a so-so record for mid-week games.

All coaches do it. They will tinker with the lineup and pitchers a lot until they find the ones they want for conference play.

In 2017 I think LSU was like 7-6 in midweek games and was the national runner up. They don’t matter in the grand scheme of things.

Skenes looks a little uncomfortable today on the mound, having to throw more pitches than preferred. Real small strike zone as well, ump just missed a strike right down the middle. 5 K's for Skenes.
LSU has hit four balls to the track, but ball is not carrying at all.
