Have people forgotten what he accomplished at Ole Miss? Sure it ended in a humiliating scandal, but he took our team to new heights and beat Bama twice. He went to four straight bowls each one bigger than the last (BBVA Compass, Music City, Peach, Sugar). He made a dumb statement and seems to be distracted even more than he was at Ole Miss, but he will start winning more games each season and his teams will always be an upset possibility for big names.

It’s not about the trophy… it’s about always preparing your kids (and team) to have an opportunity to be successful. You can’t just cut your losses with your current players because you didn’t have the season you wanted. Actually, you should be using this time to develop them further for next season. This isn’t about a single bowl game. Its perception, program management, and commitment.
