Franks wants to compliment Mullen and the season he’s having, and Mullen shrugs it off with a coaching opportunity to keep pushing Franks to be the best leader he can be for his team.

Every coach should "strive" to be like Mullen.

What is "trying to hard"? Its a fact that Franks would still be a starter if he didn't get injured. If Trask was better, why did it take an injury to put him in?
