My Spidey Senses are a tingling!!
The GF witnessed it to the extent that she was able to describe the crime in detail (robbers jumping out of bushes and shooting him).
Once you cross that line and shoot someone twice why leave a witness alive in the nearby car, unless they were masked up and couldn't be identified
My Spidey Senses are feeling this was a setup, they hid in the bushes so well he walked past them 1 time and then they got him as he "went back inside" to get a jacket?
My experience watching Cops shows (especially Bosch on Amazon Prime) is telling me to take a closer look at the GF

Yeah... totally a normal plan in June, in Florida. Wait for them to go back inside for their jacket
Perhaps it's just that much easier to get into someone's home when they are there to conveniently unlock it for you.

You never want to see something like this. I still remember when Terrence Kiel (A&M safety 3 classes after mine) was shot and killed.
